As a very Type A person, I’m sure it comes as no surprise that I love lists. And since I turned 27 last month, I figured it was time to put together my 30 Before 30 list. I’ve already done some of them, but would like to do them again. And some most are brand new.
So here’s my list…30 things to do before I turn 30.
- Attend a blogger conference
- Attend more events at our local theater
- Be free of all credit card debt
- Become a better photographer
- Build a wine cellar in the basement
- Buy a new car
- Convert the garage into a useful space
- Create a 365 book: a photo from each day for a year
- Cut down our Christmas tree in the mountains
- Eat more vegetables
- Finish the laundry room with cabinets and shelves
- Get into a consistent workout routine
- Get our house as organized as possible
- Go to a pro football game
- Have a kid
- Have more date nights with my husband
- Help organize a large scale charity event
- Learn to arrange flowers
- Learn to make curtains for our house
- Learn to mow the grass
- Learn to shoot a handgun
- Lose that certain amount of weight
- Make a cleaning schedule and stick to it
- Refinish a big piece of furniture
- Spend more time at the beach house
- Start a monthly dinner club with friends
- Start a new business
- Take a photography or art class at the community college
- Take a road trip to nowhere in particular
- Tour a winery
Alright, I have 2 years, 11 months, and 8 days to knock out this list. Think I can do it?

This is a great bucket list! I recently put my 30 before 30 together too, but since I only have less than a year to complete them, I think you are one step ahead of me by starting yours at 27! Have fun with it! =)

Thanks Jessica! 30 in one year is ambitious!! Good luck!! :)
How are you not 30 yet?! You are like a baby :) Okay, now that that’s out of the way…I totally think you can get these done! Definitely ambitious, but doable! And I can’t wait to see you check these off. I especially love 5, 26, 27, and 30. Oh and 15…15 is definitely the best!

Ha! I get that a lot. I think I’m just an old soul. ;) And #15 might even happen twice before 30…who knows!
Let’s do #9 next year! All the rest are VERY doable!
Agreed!!
