After my post on sophisticated pools on Monday and the 90 degree weather yesterday, summer has been on my brain. Truth be told, I’m not a huge fan of summer. It’s pretty simple: I hate being hot. But after I discovered Ferguson & Shamamian Architects based in LA a while back, I can’t help but drool over these lush and inviting outdoor spaces.
And just a heads up…you can expect more posts on Ferguson & Shamamian in the future. I don’t think I’ve ever come across another designer that I identify with (as far as style goes) as much as this group. Case in point: I saved 126 images from their site!
Are you getting ready for summer? Do you have an outdoor space to enjoy?

It looks incredibly beautiful. By the way, what kind of pool would you install in such a place? In your opinion, what should it look like?
