Charles and I headed to Raleigh yesterday to the NC State vs. East Carolina game.  I really felt like I couldn’t lose in this game…I graduated from NC State, and I work at ECU.  It was a win/win for me!  As you can see, we are a house divided.

Currently:

Reading- Nothing at the moment.

Writing- A list of things I need to do today.

Thinking- How embarrassing it is for our generation that “selfie” has been named word of the year.  Lock it up, people!

Wishing- My brother’s sweet girlfriend, Elizabeth, the happiest year yet!  I had so much fun celebrating your birthday yesterday! Love you!!

Hoping- For some good finds at the antique mall’s open house today.  Mary and I are doing a little shopping for The Remedy House (and probably ourselves too).

Wearing- Two shoes! I know it sounds silly, but I’m so happy to be able to wear two shoes instead of one!

Loving- All of the Thanksgiving posts lately!  Usually Thanksgiving gets no attention and everyone seems to skip right to Christmas.  As a “no Christmas until after Thanksgiving” kinda girl, I love it!  (Note: I will be one of the crazies shopping in the wee hours of the morning on Black Friday…but no Christmas until then!!) Needing- Some family time.  I feel very thankful that my dad’s entire side of the family (including cousins in Ohio) and my in-laws will all be spending Thanksgiving together at my parents’ house!!

Feeling- Very loved. Thanks for all the love and support after my Wednesday post.  I hope I wasn’t too much of a Debbie Downer!
