One Room Challenge reveals were last week and I swear this challenge just gets better and better! If you’re not familiar with the ORC, it’s a biannual event (currently in it’s 12th season!) that was started by Linda of Calling It Home.
Each round, twenty design bloggers take the challenge and transform a space. For six weeks, the designers document their process while sharing their sources and professional advice. It’s always so much fun to see these spaces come together!
So today I thought I’d share some of my favorites from this Fall’s challenge. Here we go!
The Pink Pagoda
Y’all know I’ve always loved blue and white decor, but ever since finding out I’m having a boy, I’ve been having a major love affair with blue interiors. And The Pink Pagoda does not disappoint! And while most participants tackled a room, Jennifer designed a kitchen, breakfast nook, AND family room. Impressive!
Waiting on Martha
Feminine and fresh. Mandy always gets it right! I love the neutral pattern play and the mix of subtle animal prints. And of course all the gold accents!
Design Manifest
Again with the blue and white. I’m obsessed with this wallpaper and the collection of simple yet eclectic pieces throughout the room. Also included in this makeover: a laundry closet and a full bathroom. Be sure to check it all out!
The House That Lars Built
That floor is everything! And the wall color….yes please! I love that this room isn’t too crowded or overdone. Just enough pops to really wow.
Sugar & Cloth
First of all, let me just say it’s super impressive that Ashley did this space while being really pregnant. It was all I could do to get decorated for Thanksgiving the week before the actual holiday this year! But I love the clean look with colorful pops throughout. And if that somehow doesn’t wow you, that white and gold bathroom certainly will. By the way, there’s a tub in that shower. Get out!
Old Brand New
This space is totally different from my typical style but I absolutely love it! The southwest vibe makes me want to just sit outside and soak up some vitamin D. Be sure to check out the before photos of this space…it’s an amazing transformation.
As a bonus, the ORC allows other bloggers to participate in the guest challenge. I’ve done this a few times, and you can check out those reveals here:
