Remember when I shared this gorgeous estate as part of the Historic Southern Homes tour? Well now, for the cool price of $6.95 million it can be yours!
This Neoclassical stunner is located in Natchez, MS. The main house at Dunleith Plantation was built in 1856, and still includes some of the original plantation’s elements today. It has 26 columns and many floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow access to the porch. The plantation is made up of 55 beautifully maintained acres, and also includes additional buildings dating all the way back to the 1790s.
The estate was turned into an inn some time ago. Also included in the sale is the inn restaurant, carriage house, stables, dairy barn, poultry house, greenhouse, and garden shed. Plus, there’s a swimming pool, as well as bocce and croquet courts.

Would you buy the plantation? Would you keep it an inn or do something else with it?

I love ranch-style houses, but this one looks no less amazing.
Looks so luxurious!
I love the outdoor area!
