When we moved into our house 2 years ago, Charles and I decided to forgo cable. We were paying an insane amount for the service so we opted to just stick with Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Netflix (all of which we share with family to cut down costs). It was one of the best decisions we’ve made, except for one little thing…we now watch way more TV than we ever have before!
I’m definitely a binge watcher. House of Cards, Orange Is The New Black, Bloodline, Man In The High Castle…I could go on. I love them all! It’s also been really fun to go back and watch old series that I never got to watch, like Friday Night Lights and, most recently, Revenge. Which brings me to today’s post.
I finally get why everyone was so obsessed with Revenge. It’s so juicy! Everyone is so conniving and manipulative…it makes for great TV! But it’s hard to keep up with all the twists and turns and drama with the stunning backdrop of Grayson Manor.
Fun fact: Did you know that the pilot was filmed right here in North Carolina? After the show was picked up, they started filming on the west coast.
If money was no object, my home would look like one of these. No style resonates with me more than Hamptons style. Classic, sophisticated, timeless. Three of my favorite words!
So with Revenge in the Hamptons on the brain, I started pulling together a little collection of favorites. Are you ready for some eye candy?
Are you a fan of the Hamptons style? What’s your favorite summer vacation spot?
