I didn’t plan to have a post for today, but I stumbled upon this quote as I was searching for a first-day-of-fall photo for Instagram this morning and felt compelled to share it with you.

I generally think of spring as the time to pursue new adventures and cultivate new relationships, but the autumn has a similar purpose. As we move forward, it’s just as important to let go of the things that are holding us back as it is to delve into new opportunities. Let go of the doubts; let go of the grudges; let go of the failures; let go of the things and people that no longer serve a purpose in your life. Just. Let. Go.
