When it comes to cleaning, I like to stay organized. We originally kept all of our cleaning supplies in the laundry room, but there just wasn’t enough room for everything. So we moved to the next best place.
Our den bathroom. When we started this project, this bathroom was in pretty bad 1970’s shape. Green tub, green sink, floral wallpaper, and really bad lighting. When we decided to rip out the vanity and put in a pedestal sink, we had custom cabinetry built to frame the sink. But as a downstairs guest bathroom that rarely gets used, we didn’t have too much to fill the cabinets.
Now, one of these cabinets is home to cleaning supplies. With a little washi tape, everything is easy to find.
This cabinet doesn’t house all of our cleaning products. Dish and kitchen cleaners are under the sink, and we keep a shower cleaner in our master bathroom.
And here it is…my #1 cleaning secret. It’s so simple. To clean just about anything (counter tops, sinks, floors, etc.) I use a simple solution of water and vinegar. Told you it was easy.

I love those cabinets! We’ve just moved into a new home, and the previous owners had some great organization helps in the cabinets, particularly in the kitchen. Most of our cleaning supplies are under the kitchen cabinet, but we also keep individual cleaning supplies in the bathrooms – toilet bowl cleaners and another cleaner for surfaces. It’s nice to have what you need where you need it.

I feel ya, Jen! We definitely have small stashes in the bathrooms and kitchen. I love not having to run all over the house to find the toilet bowl cleaner! :)
That’s a really pretty bathroom. I don’t have a great storage option in my house anywhere. Under sinks is pretty much it.

I love the stickers that you’ve put on every shelf! This kind of small things make your day sometimes! Love your cleaning supplies cabinet! I still don’t have a separate closet for my cleaning products and I keep them all under the sink. After put laundry room is ready I am planning to have a closet like yours! :) Thanks for sharing! :)
