So what did y’all think of the rooms in the designer showcase home I shared yesterday? Pretty incredible, right?!
As a refresher, here’s the gist: The local historical association took a run-down historic home in downtown Goldsboro, NC and transformed it into something beautiful. The Designer Home featured not only the work of talented designers from across the state, including Pottery Barn, Ethan Allen, and Ferguson Bath, but also florists, landscape architects, and gardeners.
Today I’m sharing 3 more rooms from the home tour. You can find the dining room, breakfast room, and family room here!
Powder Room, designed by Premiere Carpets
Sunroom, designed by Robert Daniel
Living Room, designed by Jernigan Furniture
All photography by Jacqueline Kannan.
Project well done! I appreciated, related to and can picture myself living in the rooms shown today. Oh, that sun room… Yesterday’s rooms did not do it for me at all. But that’s just me. I would be interested to see what others have to say about the two very different posts. Come on people don’t be shy. Sarah needs to know we’re all still breathing.
Maralyn Woods recently posted…The Herring Hulse Designer Showcase Home Tour, Part 2
Thanks for the shout out, Maralyn. Unfortunately it’s become a known thing in the “blogosphere” that people just don’t comment like they used to. Which is kind of sad, because what blogger doesn’t like getting fun comments like yours?!
I always find it interesting to hear which rooms people like the best. Personally, the rooms I posted in Part 1 were my three favorites. But that’s what is so great about a design house…there’s something for everyone!! :)
