Wedding season is here! In light of all the upcoming nuptials, I wanted to share a little about my own wedding. Last week I showed a few photos from our wedding, and today I want to share a little about our reception.

For our ceremony, the word we chose to embody the feel was “timeless.” For the reception, it was “FUN!!” And it was…so much fun!! It was honestly the best party I’ve ever been to.

There was lots of dancing and hard core lip syncing, including a stirring rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody.

My parents surprised us with two of our favorite things later in the night…hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts and McDonald’s cheeseburgers (ketchup only, my fave). It was the perfect late night snack!

But the best part of the day was being surrounded by family and friends that mean the world to us.
