I took the month of December off from The Sunday Currently, but I’m happy to bring it back this Sunday!
What have you been up to this weekend? I had a full weekend of working over at the house planned, but unfortunately this bronchitis of mine had different plans. So I spent most of yesterday on the couch, but I was able to get a few organizational things done (more on that later!). I’m hoping to be a little more productive today, but who knows.

Currently:
Reading– Lots and lots of photography tips. My super generous dad gave us a new Canon DSLR camera for Christmas!! In fairness, I think he was ready to get his back (since I stole it several months ago). I’m not aiming to be a pro here or anything, but I am looking forward to cleaning up my every day shots and being a little more camera savvy. We’ll see…
Thinking– How excited I am to get The Remedy House up and running again after the holidays. Mary and I have taken the time off to prepare to open up our shop on Etsy in the coming weeks. We hope you’ll stop by and check us out! Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter to get all the latest news!

Smelling– Nothing. My nose isn’t working right now.
Wishing– My big brother and future sister-in-law the very best!! They got engaged on their trip to NYC last week, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for them! I’m so very HONORED to be a matron of honor! I love you both! :)
Hoping– That my New Years resolutions continue to stay in tact. So far so good! I’ve eaten really healthy (and have only eaten out once, and chose wisely), and have not spent any money unnecessarily. No gym yet, thanks to bronchitis, but I’m hoping to get started this week. I realize it’s only been 5 days, and it will only get harder, but it’s a step in the right direction!
Wearing– PJs.
Loving– All of the really cute desktop (and iphone/ipad) wallpapers out there right now! For my work computer, I like to keep a calendar up. This is what I have now, but I also really love this one.

Needing– This dreadful cough to go away. I am not a fan.
Feeling– Thankful that January is so much calmer than the last few months. I’m sure it will fill up quickly, and we have so much to do to get the house ready, but it’s nice to not feel so weighed down by a heavy calendar.
Clicking– Are you in business for yourself, or thinking about taking the leap? Or maybe just in search of some inspiration to get your year started? Check out these enlightening quotes from Forbes. My personal favorite: “There are no traffic jams along the extra mile.” (Roger Staubach)
Be sure to click on over to Lauren’s blog to see what she and others are up to this week! You can also check out Lauren’s guest post here. Have a wonderful week!
Have fun with your DSLR!! I love mine. :)
Get well soon!
Thanks, Crystal! :)
